Please complete the below information so that we can open your Microsoft Account and have a smooth transfer of your email accounts.

The name that is on your registration document. If you company is not registered please just provide the operations name.
Please indicate how many email addresses are currently registered on your domain
Please indicate how many of these email addresses are actual users (People). 1 person can be receiving emails from 2 addresses but it remains 1 user.
